This is a used original Ford Ranger lower dash knee bolster / steering column cover in medium gray, with the metal reinforcement and clips shown. Scuffs and dirt marks on the face, two small screw holes drilled in the face near the top edge, and surface rust on the steel reinforcement strips on the back.
