Product Description
This direct replacement solution for a failed Bosch Denoxtronic module is remanufactured at our Tier 1 facility in Lewisberry, Pennsylvania. DEF is a necessity to reduce NOx emissions in selective catalytic reduction systems, but it's also invasive and corrosive, and upon evaporation, deposits white crystals in the supply module that can cause the pump seals and the pump itself to fail. Contaminated DEF can also compromise pump performance and since the supply module itself is regularly exposed to vibration, dirt, temperature extremes and anything else heavy-duty hauling or off-highway work throws at it, module failures happen. That failure can force the engine into costly limp or shutdown mode, requiring the replacement of the supply module. Our comprehensive world-class remanufacturing process produces a premium replacement for a reliable repair. Our technicians start with quality supply cores. Visibly failed or fatigued parts are rejected, components that pass visual inspection are tested, and select components are replaced with new parts. Specialized fixtures and 3-D-printed tools ensure components are installed to proper torque.
